Birthday Parties

Prices are good for the birthday party child and 9 guests. 

There’s a $5 charge for each additional guest.

Court Package

$40 hr to rent facility without a coach.

*Full access to basketball court, volleyball court, indoor football, lobby with big screen TV and room for food and drinks.

$80 hr to rent facility with one coach.

$100 hr to rent facility with two coaches.

*Structured activities with a coach or coaches.

*Activities may include batting lessons, dodge ball, basketball, volleyball, football, nerf games and more.

Batting Cage Package

We have 4 batting machines (3 baseball and 1 softball).

We have an area for your food, cake, ice cream and gift opening.

$40 hr per batting cage without a coach

$120 hour for all four batting cages without a coach.

$80 hr per batting cage with one coach

$100 hr per batting cage with two coaches.

$160 hr for all four batting cages with one coach.

$180 hr for all four batting cages with two coaches.

*One or two coaches will take the party goers through a batting lesson giving them invaluable tools to use the next time they are on the ball field.

Requirements

*To make a reservation BSA needs a deposit of half of the total cost and a completed contract with the liability waiver completed by the person making the reservation.

*If rental is needed for four hours or more there is a $200 security deposit requirement.

*Total amount needs to be paid in full three days before the date of the birthday party.

*Cancellation must be three days before the date of the birthday party. If not, the half down deposit is forfeited.

*All participants need to have the liability waiver completed on or before the party.

*No liability waiver signed no participation.

*When using the batting cages a helmet must be worn (BSA will provide a helmet as needed).

*When using the batting cages a bat will be provided as needed.

*Other sporting equipment will be provided as needed.

*Party items are not included.
