$400 per team

We will try to have a 18 - 29 year old division & a 30 & up division (depending on how many teams we have).

Fees, Registration Form, Waiver of Liability Form must be competed and turned in to BSA before play.

All forms can be picked up at Backyard Sports Academy or emailed to you.
